HEROES RUN has got really big, but we are still rather small! Therefore, we need help to make this event as good as we know it can be. There are several ways in which you could volunteer your time to ensure that 2010 is the best one yet:

1. Help with handing out water

(beween 11am - 2pm)

5000 bottles of water takes some shifting!

2. Help us set up on the day

(8am - 11am)

We need to put out the barriers, the race gantry, mark out the World record attempt area, aet up the marque...the list is endless!

3. Help us advertise the event  

Do you have any media contacts? Could you tell all your friends about the event?

4. Marshall the course

(10am - 1pm)

Tell the runners where to go. Don't worry, we will tell you first!

5. Help us promote the launch party

We will be hosting a HEROES RUN launch party on friday 14th May before the run on the sunday (venue to be announced). We would love to fill it with 100's of superheroes having a few drinks and raising a bit more money for our worhty causes.

6. Collect money on the day with our charity shakers

(9am - 1pm)
